Meet Karin Henson

Building on her extensive employment law experience, Karin set up Aeris Employment Law in order to deliver top quality, pragmatic and effective advice at a cost effective price.  Karin is extremely professional and highly experienced in all employment matters.  She is able to provide sound, detailed advice with a high level of personal service – she offers proactive solutions and listens and understands her clients’ needs.

She has worked at local law firms focussing on supporting employees and also gained a broad range of experience at two major international practices.  Teamed with experience gained working in-house, Karin is uniquely placed to offer  focussed and creative solutions to complicated employment issues.

Karin provides advice and support on all contentious matters, including advocacy at tribunal, unfair dismissal claims, redundancy, breach of contract, restrictive covenant issues, unlawful deductions from wages and discrimination.  She is able to clearly explain the impact of employment documents, including settlement agreements and can assist with policy and handbook drafting, contracts of employment and employment letters.
